This Retreat was borne out of passion by two powerful life coaches hearing the same stories again and again. I need for restoration and a space for growth.

Unwind, rejuvenate, and connect with-minded individuals in a serene environment that healing and self-discovery. Join us for a day to nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. Your journey to renewal starts here.

Our Program

Our day starts at 10am with coffee and greetings. Expectations and flow of the day are outlined with four workshops and two powerful speakers driven to nurture and transform your soul before closing with a goal clarification setting.

Breathe work and yoga

In a world that asks you to go faster, breathwork and restful yoga invite you to slow all the way down.

 With each supported pose, your body learns how to let go. Stress softens. Anxiety eases. Clarity returns.

Spinal flow and affirmations

Your spine holds more than posture — it holds your story. Through gentle spinal flow, we unlock the tension, emotion, and energy stored deep within, creating space for release, clarity, and alignment. This practice isn’t about perfection — it’s about reconnecting to your body’s natural rhythm and wisdom.

Sound bathe

A sound bath is not just something you hear — it’s something you feel. As waves of crystal bowls, chimes, and healing tones wash over you, your body begins to let go. The mind quiets. The nervous system softens. You drop into a deeper state of rest than you thought possible.

In this space, there’s nothing to do, fix, or figure out. Just receive.

Grounded meditation

his simple but powerful practice calms the chaos of the mind and helps regulate your nervous system. As you gently reconnect to the earth beneath you, your body receives the signal: you are safe.

Grounding meditation lowers cortisol, soothes anxiety, and pulls you out of fight-or-flight. It invites presence, clarity, and a deep sense of stability — even when life feels uncertain.

In this intentional space, you’ll be guided to gently unpack limiting beliefs, reframe old stories, and plant new, empowering thoughts that actually serve you.
